Sprinkles Chocolate Nut Cookies

 I made these cookies when Eid' Fitri last time, the appearance was almost similar with Good Time cookies, so in our family this cookies called by Gutaim. It was so crunchy, tasty and the chocolate chips topping so delicious..

Step by Step how to make Sprinkles Chocolate Nut Cookies


- 180 grams of butter
- 75 grams of powdered sugar
- 75 grams of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of milk powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white grains
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 220 grams of wheat flour
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- 75 grams of beans crushed coarse
- 75 grams of dried raisins / rumraisin (dried grapes)
- 75 grams of chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla powder
- ½ tablespoons of cinnamon powder

How to Make:
1. Mixering butter and powdered sugar at low speed and for a while.
2. Enter the powdered milk, vanilla and salt. Stir well.
3. Enter the egg yolks and egg whites into thedough, mixering for several minutes.
4. Enter the brown sugar and stir well. Then enter that has been sifted flour with cornstarch, baking powder and cocoa powder, and cinnamon powder, stir gently until well blended.
5. Mix the mashed beans and dried raisins into the dough.
6. Spoon the dough into a buttered baking dish. Flatten and prick-prick with a fork.
7. Decorate top of cookies with chocolate chips.
8. Put it in the oven and bake with a temperature of 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
9. Lift up, let cool and store in a toples Ready to be served ^ _ ^
